OUR RENTAL POLICY: We take reservations as much as six weeks in advance. When you want to reserve the jumper, slide, or combo you have chosen, call and talk to one of our friendly customer service representatives. We will then take your name, address, phone number and credit card number. We require a deposit of $20-$100 (depending on the size of the unit)and you will be charged this fee the Monday before your party. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due in cash on delivery. Please write down our phone number, and place it somewhere where you can find it. You have until the Sunday before the party to cancel with no penalty.
